My Name is John Engle; I reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  I have been fascinated with photography since I was a little boy, but knew nothing about it until I got my first Minolta 35mm SLR camera at age 18.  I played around with photography allowing the camera to do all of the work for me.  I finally moved in to the digital age around the year 2000 with a point and shoot 2.1 MP Sony Cybershot.  It wasn’t until a few years ago that I decided to take photography to a new level.  I purchased my first Canon Digital SLR Camera enabling me to see photography in a whole new light.

Although I am not a full time photographer, I have had the pleasure of traveling many areas of the Country, with a special place in my heart for the Mountains of Colorado.  With my new found photography habit, I needed a way to share my work.  My website portrays my passion for photography.
